This summary report is a presentation of the findings of the Digitalised Database of Bhutanese Refugees - Part  I, covering 4,553 households [49,909 Bhutanese refugees] presently residing in the seven refugee camps in Southeast Nepal.

Descriptive and graphic information derived from the survey in relation to population, nature of eviction, reasons for leaving Bhutan, documentary evidences and the details of property have been given. This summary report also gives analytical argument of the Bhutanese refugees to counter the claims of the Royal Government of Bhutan.
